A professional Airbnb management company creates and optimises your listing, sets the price daily, manages guest communication, check ins, cleaning and maintenance, and handles payouts. You earn the income without the day to day work.
 
Most Airbnb management companies in the UK charge a percentage of the revenue your property earns, usually somewhere between 12 and 20 percent for standard management and more for a full, premium service. Because the fee is a share of income, a good manager only earns when you do.
 
For most owners, yes. A professional manager typically lifts your nightly rate and occupancy through dynamic pricing and better marketing, and saves you many hours a week on guests, cleaning and maintenance. The uplift in income and the time saved usually outweigh the management fee.
